Who doesn’t love Brunch?

This past weekend I got the chance to attend The Heycurlie CurlPower Brunch in Cleveland, Ohio. The event was hosted by my blogger boo HeyCurlie also known as Romance. When I found out she was having her first event I knew I had to attend. I met Romance last year when she came to Chicago. We went to dinner and vibed, the rest is history! She is my forever boo:) I remember sitting down with her at dinner and she said, “There aren’t any natural hair events in Cleveland“. Romance Started HeyCurlie to bring natural hair events to the Cleveland area. She has not only done that, but gained a following of naturalistas who look to her for inspiration.

People showed up and showed out for Romance’s first hometown event. The sponsors were amazing! There were even sponsors representing at the event among the attendees which was also nice to see. Romance had several giveaways, gave great tips, and we had a ball!

There were about 40 attendees at the event and it was a packed house. The food was good, the atmosphere was amazing! The love was real!

Romance only started HeyCurlie a year ago and has since had much success! Her first event was a hit and I am looking forward to next years event! So proud of her and all her accomplishments thus far!

The swag bag though…. Yasssss Is all I can say to that! Swag bag was on swole! The sponsors really came through and the attendees were pleased with their bags! Romance even went though the entire bag and gave insight to why she picked the items for the swag bags.
