As I type this I just made it home from a four night trip to Jamaica for my birthday! Today is my 32nd birthday and I feel amazing! Another trip around the sun! I can’t believe I graduated High School 14 years ago!
Today, I just want to reflect on my 32 years of life. I am so blessed and grateful to be where I am today. I’m married to the love of my life, I have a beautiful daughter, an amazing career that I love.

- Being a mom is the most amazing feeling ever!
- Girl, It’s ok to say no!
- Set your boundaries.
- Work-life balance is key
- Marriage is a lot of work but you have to be willing to put in time and effort.
- Friendships will and can change but it is important for you to dedicate time to the ones most important to you.
- Your time is valuable, don’t waste it!
- Self-care is so important.
- Quality over quantity!
- Secure the bag in as many ways possible.
- Crying is ok. Let that shit out!
- Communication is key! This is with everything.
- Kids will be kids, girl let her be LOL!
- You can’t get time back so use it wisely.
- Vacations are amazing.
- Having a savings account is cool.
- Sometimes the older generation was not always right.
- Raise your kids how you want.
- Positivity is key.
- Love your body.
- Date night is important
- You don’t have to have your life figured out by 30 you have time boo
- Getting to know yourself is so important.
- Reconnecting with old friends is perfectly fine.
- You are not getting older, just better.
- God is good all the time.
- Don’t stress, do your best, forget the rest.
