Hey beautiful people. Happy November! I know we are already a few days into November but I have been thinking about doing a gratitude challenge for a while so I decided to start one.
Thank you to those on social media who weighed in on participating. Gratitude is by far one of my most favorite things. If you follow me on Instagram then you know that I express gratitude all the time. I admit that sometimes I fall short expressing my gratitude but for the most part, I express it on a daily basis.
The definition of gratitude is the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. When you are grateful for everything you have right now in your life you attract more things to be grateful for. This is why gratitude and abundance go hand in hand.
One of my favorite books of all time talks about gratitude. I love this quote from the author of the secret.
Be grateful for what you have now. As you begin to think about all the things in your life you are grateful for, you will be amazed at the never ending thoughts that come back to you of more things to be grateful for. You have to make a start, and then the law of attraction will receive those grateful thoughts and give you more just like them.

So welcome to my 30 days of gratitude challenge. The amazing thing about this challenge is that you can start it at any time. There is no specific date. You can start whenever you feel ready. For the next 30 days, I challenge you to practice gratitude.
