The holidays were a little bit sweeter this year! I had the chance to test drive the New 2016 Madza CX-5! It was definitely a treat. Mamma was good last year, so Santa came early!

Don’t let the size fool you, the CX-5 actually seats 5 people comfortably. It has more rear legroom, passenger volume and cargo space for all of your stuff!
2. The 2016 CX-5 was named a 2015 Top Safety Pick Plus by the IIHS when equipped with available Smart City Brake Support!
Yeah that’s kind of big deal! I am all about safety! The Mazda- CX-5 is top-notch!
3. It has the best Technology around
When I tell you that I was amazed by how much this car could do that would be a understment! The Mazda Connect wont let you drive while distracted! Even with voice commands, you can only use the touchscreen while parked or stopped. Some of the features are locked out while the vehicle is in gear. The system lets you control and customize your Mazda’s features, connections and entertainment.
4. Its good on GAS!
When I had to fill up I was surprised. Up to 35 MPG! Yeah that’s major since I’m always on the go. I don’t want to spend a lot on gas and I didn’t have to!
5. It has smart traction technology
This may not mean anything to you, but I live In Chicago and it can snow at any moment. So being in a car equipped with an excellent traction system is a must! The 2016 Madxa CX-5 has Active Torque Split All-Wheel Drive that can instantly adjust power between the front and rear axles to take advantage of available traction and help you stay in control. Talk about safety!
